The Garage Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and security of the parking garage while providing excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and employees. The Garage Attendant assists with vehicle parking operations, monitors garage activity, and ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures. ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply. ### Responsibilities - Monitor vehicle entry and exit from the garage. - Assist customers with parking, directions, and general inquiries. - Collect parking fees and process transactions as required. - Maintain accurate parking and vehicle records. - Patrol the garage to ensure safety and security. - Report suspicious activity, accidents, or maintenance issues to management. - Keep the garage clean and free of debris. - Enforce parking rules and regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner. - Assist with traffic flow during busy periods and special events. ### Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - Previous customer service, parking, valet, or garage attendant experience is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic cash handling and computer skills preferred. - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. ### About the Company ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world’s largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
