This position is responsible for responding to service calls, resolving technical and customer-related issues, and supporting management in delivering exceptional customer service across the region. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, and successfully meet all requirements established by the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, including fingerprinting and background screening. **** **What you’ll do** **Core Responsibilities** - Respond to service calls and complete equipment repairs efficiently by prioritizing requests based on urgency and geographic location. - Coordinate with Compliance and Service teams, under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, to identify and prepare equipment for deployment and service. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions involving electronic gaming devices and related equipment. - Install, inspect, and test electronic gaming devices, hardware, and associated systems to support continuous and efficient business operations. - Communicate professionally with clerks, management, and customers to address and resolve service-related issues. - Complete and maintain all required service documentation, device records, and activity logs accurately and timely. - Ensure the quality, functionality, and integrity of all incoming and outgoing equipment. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate equipment and parts needs to minimize downtime and support rapid product turnaround. **Collaborations and Partnerships** - Ability to effectively collaborate with the Team Lead - Ability to work closely with the Regional Operations Manager - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members - Ability to maintain professional working relationships with establishment employees and patrons utilizing Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) within establishments **Other Responsibilities** This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties, responsibilities, or activities.
