Gamification Manager for JugaBet Client

Experience you’ll need to bring: 3+ years of experience in CRM, Gamification, Retention, Product Marketing, or a similar role within iGaming; Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and bonus systems; Experience working with segmentation and player data; Experience designing promotions, missions, tournaments, or loyalty programs; Comfortable working with BI tools, spreadsheets, and reporting; Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
