Game Night Staff: Marketing Brand Ambassador (Part-Time/Seasonal)

Position Overview: The Marketing Game Night Staff/Brand Ambassador will be positive, upbeat, and committed to promoting the Washington Capitals in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. This is a part-time position to support the Washington Capitals Marketing Department. Are you energetic, friendly, outgoing, and passionate about supporting the Capitals? We would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of set-up, execution, and breakdown of gameday giveaways and theme night activations. Assist with the setup of in-arena signage and gameday programs. Engage and interact with fans at home games and community events to enhance fan experience and champion the Capitals brand. Support with special event responsibilities including distribution of promotional items, community activations, and more. Serve as an ambassador to the Capitals in the community. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age. Passionate about sports and supporting the Capitals and the other MSE franchises. Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred. Able to interact with guests and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information. Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to move quickly throughout the arena using stairs, elevators, and escalators. Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted. Pay Rate: $18.40 USD/hour.
