Our mission is to create exceptional entertainment experiences where families, friends, and communities come together. **Job Description** As a Game Floor Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the arcade floor, assisting guests with game-related inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines, and contributing to a fun and enjoyable environment for all guest. **Job Responsibilities** - Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and attractions. - Answer questions, explain game rules, and assist with any game-related issues. - Monitor arcade machines to ensure they are in proper working order. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines, seating areas. - Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes. Ensure the prize counter is well-stocked and organized. - Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe environment for all guests. - Enforce safety rules and guidelines. - Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned **Required Skills** - Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused - Able to take direction and work together as a team - Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure **Education & Experience** - High school student or graduate preferred. - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. - Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times. - Must be at least 16 years of age. **Physical Requirements** - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times - Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions **Team Member Benefits** - Competitive Pay and Growth - Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
