Future Opening: Truck/Roll-Off Dumpster Driver ASAP Rentals (Supporting SERVPRO of SB)

Full-time | Local Routes | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunities ASAP Rentals, a fast-growing dumpster and equipment rental company, is hiring a dependable Truck / Roll-Off Dumpster Driver. This role is employed by ASAP Rentals, but you will also provide part-time support to SERVPRO® of South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart for equipment and material transport. We use the SERVPRO name in our job postings to increase visibility, but this is not a SERVPRO employee-only position. Responsibilities: - Safely operate roll-off trucks, flatbeds, or trucks with trailers for dumpster delivery and pickup - Ensure proper and safe placement, loading, securing, and transportation of dumpsters and materials - Perform daily basic mechanical checks (fluids, tires, minor adjustments) - Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment - Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers - Support SERVPRO operations part-time with equipment moves or warehouse tasks - Follow all company and DOT safety protocols Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Experience with roll-off or similar equipment strongly preferred - Basic mechanical skills required - Ability to maneuver trucks in tight spaces (residential & commercial) - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather - Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused - Able to pass background check and drug screening What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Consistent year-round work - Opportunities for additional hours supporting SERVPRO - Paid time off and paid holidays - Strong team environment and leadership support Schedule: - Monday–Friday - Start time: 7:30 AM - Occasional weekends and overtime based on workload Who Thrives in This Role: Drivers who are reliable, mechanically capable, and enjoy a mix of independent driving and customer interaction will excel in this position.
