Competency in using a light computer application required. - Provide concierge services, including recommending local attractions, dining, and activities. - Light housekeeping to assist with maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and comfort. - Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. - Support the Innkeeper with administrative tasks such as reservations, inventory management, and vendor coordination. - Assist with executing special events, including weddings, showers, small - Assist with the marketing and promotion of events to attract new business. **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, and event management, or a similar role is helpful - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. - Maturity, reliability and a great work ethic essential. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for events. - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small team. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand for periods of time, walk stairs and lift to 25 lbs.. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive hourly wage - Flexible schedule - Discounts at partnering hotels Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Our Beautiful and Unique Historic Inns focus on customer centric quality, and unique events.
