This role focuses on stocking, organization, and basic customer assistance to keep the sales floor running smoothly. What You’ll Do: - Stock and face shelves - Keep assigned areas clean and organized - Help customers find items or direct them to the right team member - Assist with unloading and light inventory tasks - Stay productive during slow periods - Follow store standards for professionalism, phone use, and safety What We’re Looking For - Dependable and on time - Comfortable with physical work - Follows direction and works well with a team - Willing to learn and help where needed Hardware experience is a plus, but **reliability and work ethic matter most**.
