This position is **warehouse-based** and does **not require travel to job sites**. In this role, you will clean, restore, and organize soft and hard contents from fire-damaged properties. The work is **repetitive, detail-oriented, and physically active**, and plays a critical role in helping customers recover after a disaster. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Clean and restore **soft contents** such as clothing, textiles, and linens - Clean and restore **hard contents** including furniture, household items, and electronics - Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards - Safely handle, organize, and store contents within the warehouse - Follow all company safety policies and procedures - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area **Qualifications** - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail - Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the workday - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team - Restoration or cleaning experience is helpful, but **not required** - Ability to pass a background check - Valid driver’s license required **Physical Demands & Work Environment** - Ability to lift **50 pounds regularly**, and **up to 100 pounds with assistance** - Ability to work in a warehouse environment with cleaning agents - Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items **Important Information for Applicants** This role involves **repetitive cleaning work in a warehouse setting**.
