Through our partnership with charity: water, we’re also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. **Dishwasher** Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a **Dishwasher.** In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to **Lead with Love**—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas, specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. You’ll also be assisting with proper food storage and rotation. **Pay Rate: $14-$15/hour** **Key Responsibilities** - Load, run, and unload the dish machine according to sanitation specifications to ensure all china, glass, and silver are cleaned thoroughly. - Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always. - Ability to effectively deal with internal customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger.
