The Critical Criteria You Must Meet First: - **Credentials:** You hold an active Pennsylvania CNA license OR have a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience. - **Proximity & Radius:** You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and can travel to any client within Montgomery County. - **Response Time:** You can confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of being notified.
