He quickly immersed himself in the community and created Pittsburgh’s largest Culinary Competition, Savor Pittsburgh. After spending years in the culinary industry Ricky set his sights on opening his own restaurant which showcases a Pacific Northwest inspired menu featuring ingredients, Fresh Fish and Shellfish from the area where he grew up.
