Why You'll Love Working With Us - **Predictable, Steady Hours:** We schedule in consistent **4-hour blocks** throughout the day. If your daytime hours are open, we will build a stable schedule around your availability. Most caregivers start at 15–20 hours a week and can easily grow from there. - **Real Financial Support:** We offer $15–$18/hr (depending on experience/certifications), bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement between clients, and time-and-a-half on holidays. Plus, earn extra through our referral bonus program. - **Paid Training:** CNA or PCA experience is great, but if you have a natural heart for caregiving and solid life experience, we will pay to train you. - **A Team in Your Corner:** Our local management team is available 24/7.
