Future Opening: HHA or CNA Needed

**Description:** This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in compliance with the Plan of Care designated by the RN. **Education:** Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant **Qualifications:** Individual must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant per state law and regulation. One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred. **Requirements:** CPR Certification Card, TB Test, CEU's and Level 2 live-scan criminal background check. **Reports to:** Director of Nursing **Duties Include:** Companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, and assistance with transportation, errands, and personal care. **Hours:** Dependent on assignment.
