What You’ll Do As an ERC, you will: - Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events - Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process - Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities - Work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders - Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage - Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building - Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where no two days are the same.
