We've built the client base to support that kind of stability. **The schedule** We cover care throughout the day and into the night, scheduled in blocks — mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Daytime is our biggest need right now, but evening and overnight availability matters too. If you want at least 15–20 hours a week, we can put together a schedule that fits. **What you'll actually be doing** Your clients are older adults or people with disabilities who want to stay in their own homes. You'll help with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, getting around safely, making meals, keeping the house in order. You'll give medication reminders and keep an eye on how they're doing. Over time, most caregivers build a consistent client base and get to know their clients well.
