We hire caregivers directly as W-2 employees and match them with clients close to where they live. We're actively scheduling interviews this week. **What the day looks like** In-home caregiving means spending time one-on-one with a client in their home. You'll help with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming — along with meal prep, light housekeeping, and just being a steady, dependable presence. Over time, most caregivers build a consistent client base and see familiar faces each week. Starting out, there may be some variety while we find the right match for your schedule and location. **The schedule** We build schedules in blocks throughout the day and into the night. Mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, overnights — if you have consistent availability during any of those hours, there's a good chance we can match you.
