By joining our talent network now, you’ll be considered for roles as soon as they become available, allowing us to move quickly when projects launch. **Potential Roles Include:** **Cable Pullers** - Install, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cables in commercial, industrial, and secure environments - Perform cable termination, labeling, and testing (fiber & copper) - Install conduit, raceways, cable trays, and grounding systems - Support senior technicians with troubleshooting and system commissioning **Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs)** - Monitor construction activities in secure areas to ensure compliance with physical and information security requirements - Control access of all personnel, vehicles, and materials entering secure areas - Identify, report, and help mitigate potential security violations or unsafe conditions - Work closely with security and project management to maintain site integrity ## Requirements **Basic Qualifications:** - U.S. Citizenship (required for most government contracts) - If required, must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card. - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to follow safety, security, and technical procedures - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Willingness to travel and work in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, secure facilities) - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces - For CST roles: ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance **Preferred Qualifications:** - Active U.S. Government Security Clearance - Experience in structured cabling (BICSI standards) - Familiarity with fiber optic and copper cabling installation - Prior CST, military, or law enforcement experience - Industry certifications: BICSI Installer, OSHA 10/30, security-specific training (SECO, ICD 705) - Experience in secure facility or SCIF construction environments
