We anticipate hiring start in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. ## Qualifications **Minimum Requirements:** All rolls will require an in-person presence a few days a week in **Knoxville** **, TN.** **Engineering Team** Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and/or power generation markets. **Design Team** Piping, Structural, Electrical Designers (CAD) HS + 6 years of relevant experience or AA/AS (US) + 4 years of relevant experience in Heavy Industrial and/or power generation design. Expert level proficiency with AutoCad, Revit **Project Team:** Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in Project Controls and Scheduling for large-scale projects in heavy industrial and/or power generation. **Preferred Qualifications** For leadership roles 12 years of experience.
