Working closely with investors, senior leaders and key decision-makers, this role will help shape portfolio curation, capital management and business improvement initiatives that support strong investment performance and long-term value creation. **How you’ll make an impact:** - **Drive smarter investment decisions** through high-quality analytics and reporting across portfolio returns, investment capacity and capital management. - **Help shape resilient, high-performing retail portfolios** by supporting transaction analysis, strategic asset plans, budgets and key asset management initiatives. - **Influence key stakeholders** by preparing clear, accurate and timely reporting for investors, senior leaders, the Board and investment committees. - **Bring market insight to life** by using property and capital markets knowledge to support recommendations, key messaging and stakeholder engagement. - **Contribute to scalable growth and team performance** by supporting business improvement projects and helping build a collaborative, high-performing analyst team. **What you’ll bring to the team** - Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity. - An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise. - 2+ years’ experience in real estate funds management. - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (strong application of financial modelling is essential). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Applied knowledge of key financial reporting principles. - Experience in a property discipline (asset management, valuations, commercial development, transactions) will be looked upon favourably; and - Degree qualified in finance, business, property, or commerce related discipline.
