SFS is looking for a **Functional Analyst II (Operational Contract Support)** **Location**: On Site Fort Lee VA (Potential CONUS/OCONUS Travel) ### **Position Overview** We are seeking a Functional Analyst II to support Operational Contract Support (OCS) lessons learned efforts for the U.S. Army. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve Army-wide capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect, analyze, and document observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs) - Conduct interviews with military personnel and stakeholders - Input and manage data within Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) - Develop and analyze surveys related to OCS operations - Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF capability solutions - Support assessment teams and contribute to written recommendations - Prepare reports and briefings for leadership **Qualifications** - **Active Secret clearance** - **Bachelor’s degree required** - 4+ years of experience in military operations analysis - 3+ years of experience with JLLIS - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro (6+ years) **Preferred** - Experience with Operational Contract Support (OCS) - Experience developing learning demands and analysis frameworks SFS is an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, on-the-job injury, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief.
