For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are seeking an **Fullstack Engineer** to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. **What is this position about?** We are looking for adaptable and curious engineers who want to build AI-powered systems in a fast-moving environment where technologies, tools, and priorities evolve constantly. This role is ideal for candidates with strong engineering fundamentals who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, learning quickly, and contributing across different parts of the stack. The team works on building scalable AI solutions, reusable components, and production-ready systems using modern engineering and AI technologies. Python is the primary language used across the team, while React, AWS, and Snowflake exposure are considered valuable but not mandatory. Successful candidates will be comfortable learning new technologies as business needs evolve. ## Job Description - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI-powered applications and internal platforms. - Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend components when needed. - Support the development and deployment of scalable AI and LLM-based solutions. - Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions. - Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas and AI use cases. - Work in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities and technologies. - Contribute to reusable engineering patterns, internal tooling, and shared components. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving. - Learn and adopt new frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI tools as required by the project. - Maintain high standards for code quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ## Qualifications - Strong professional experience with fullstack software development. - Experience with **Python** development. - Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar modern frameworks. - Understanding of backend development concepts and API design. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Exposure to AI/LLM applications, prompt engineering, or automation tools is a plus. - Understanding of cloud-native architectures, deployment workflows, and modern engineering practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing requirements. - Comfortable working in collaborative and fast-paced environments. - Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to continuously learn. **What about languages?** Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication. **How much experience must I have?** - 3+ years of professional software Fullstack engineering experience preferred. - Experience in AI projects is a plus. ## Additional Information **Our perks and benefits:** **🍔 Every day lunches!
