Flexible schedules are available, typically 32–40 hours per week across five days. (Don’t worry—your shifts will be much shorter than that window.) - You bring at least two years of experience caring for children (paid or unpaid!) and can provide two childcare references plus one character reference. - You have reliable transportation, current CPR/First Aid certification (or are ready to get it), and can pass a background screen. - You naturally tune in to children’s needs, keep them safe, and stay actively engaged—helping them learn, play, and grow.
