Full-Time Special Needs Personal Assistant– Argyle, TX A family in Argyle, TX 76226 is seeking an experienced and compassionate special needs personal assistant for their 6 year old, starting August 19th. Beginning with the new school year, this child needs a personal assistant to support them both at home and at school. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Family Specifications: Smoke-free home Pet-free home Parents value open communication and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver Responsibilities: Diaper changes Assistance during mealtimes Grooming support School-based assistance throughout the day Maintain a safe and nurturing environment Requirements: Experience caring for individuals with complex care needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certified Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, paid for by Medicaid Support person will be hired through Texas’ Medicaid Waiver program as they are the funding source for this position. A Background Check will be required through Medicaid All candidates will be subject to a background check. This position requires proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
