This role combines customer service, sales, and front desk operations to help individuals begin and maintain their fitness journey. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness. Key Responsibilities - Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Educate prospective members about Orangetheory Fitness programs, memberships, and promotions. - Conduct studio tours and assist guests through the introductory class experience. - Meet or exceed monthly membership, retail, and referral sales goals. - Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging to convert prospects into members. - Schedule classes, manage member accounts, and maintain accurate records using studio management software. - Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to member inquiries. - Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals. - Support studio events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. - Process membership agreements, retail purchases, and payments accurately. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. - Collaborate with coaches and studio staff to deliver an exceptional member experience. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the fitness industry preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals. - Comfortable using computers and customer management software. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. - CPR AED Certified Preferred Skills - Strong sales and relationship-building abilities. - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
