Our **Adult Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)** provides specialized treatment for adults experiencing eating disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated **Outpatient Therapist** to provide individual, group, and family therapy while helping clients build the skills needed for lasting recovery. ## Key Responsibilities - Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy for adults participating in our Eating Disorder IOP. - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning. - Collaborate with psychiatrists, dietitians, nurses, and fellow therapists to coordinate high-quality client care. - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and program standards. - Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development. - Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that promotes recovery and client engagement. - Perform additional duties as needed to support program operations. ## Qualifications **Required:** - Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. - Completion of a clinical internship or practicum. **Strongly Preferred:** - Experience or specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. - Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP behavioral health setting. - Experience working with adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders.
