Our first of a kind concept store will be a multi-brand, multi-category retail store that brings together the best in skincare, haircare, fragrance, bath & body, and beauty essentials in a fun, elevated, and welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Key Holder(s) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Create Amazing Customer Experiences Welcome customers and create a friendly, elevated, and personalized shopping experience. Help clients discover products across skincare, haircare, fragrance, bath & body, and beauty categories Build strong product knowledge and confidently recommend products based on customer needs and lifestyle Support customers with gifting, routines, product layering, and beauty discovery Build long-term customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up Drive Sales & Business Growth Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Support team goals through upselling, cross-selling, and creating strong basket-building opportunities Stay informed on new launches, trends, hero products, and seasonal promotions Participate in store events, in-store activations, and customer experience moments Support Daily Store Operations Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store always feels clean, organized, and inspiring Assist with inventory management, replenishment, shipment processing, and stock organization Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently Help maintain luxury service standards throughout the store Be Part of a Strong Team Culture Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment Participate in ongoing beauty education and product training Support teammates and contribute to a culture centered around growth, teamwork, and customer experience Qualifications 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or specialty retail Previous retail, customer service experience preferred, ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness, or specialty retail; key holder experience a plus Passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and self-care products Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Social media or content creation experience is a plus What We Offer Salary is commensurate with experience, $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Bonus opportunities Employee product discounts Growth and development opportunities A fun, fast-paced, beauty-focused environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The PCA Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion or belief, national or ethnic origin, citizenship status, marital or domestic partnership status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity or expression, age, disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
