Full-Time Grounds Maintenance (Landscaping)

Join High Associates, where business meets opportunity. **This is a Full-Time (year-round) position from Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm. Must be available to work this schedule (days and hours).** **Responsibilities for our grounds maintenance include:** - Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned. - Operating and maintaining equipment. - Expanding identification of plants and weeds. - Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up. - Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days. - Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards. - Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures. **Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements:** - Valid PA driver's license is required! - High School Diploma or GED, required - Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required - The ability to work in both a team environment and independently. - Demonstrate excellent customer service
