To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests! **Johnson Lexus of Durham** is a member of **Johnson Automotive**, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. **Johnson Automotive** has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operation by hiring top performers that are eager to elevate our guest’s experiences. . **Summary:** The **Service Valet** will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations. . **Essential Responsibilities** (include but are not limited to): \* Greet all guests entering the Service Department; \* Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot; \* Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles; \* Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities; \* Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed; \* Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested; \* Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered; \* Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management. . **Required Qualifications and Skills:** \* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. \* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment; \* Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance; \* Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar; \* Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify \* Have local knowledge of Durham, NC and surrounding areas; . **Johnson Automotive** is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
