Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Account Manager in Kelso, WA. This position will work the first shift and offers a pay rate of $32.26/hr- paid weekly. Anticipated start date: 07/02/2026 **Applicants based out of Oregon are welcome to apply!**: Oregon applicants will be considered based on the following: Applicant is located within a two-hour range of the Kelso site Applicant holds a valid Oregon DPSST Security license If hired: Applicants will apply for and pay out of pocket to obtain a Washington state security guard card within 90 days of employment at the Kelso site. General Requirements: Minimum one year security officer, military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience in supervisory or management Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10 Panel Drug Screen and the clients more extensive background check. Exceptional report writing skills and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately. Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form. Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance. Must always be accessible for phone communication. Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility. Advanced level/knowledge of computers and technology Great customer service and communication skills Ability to regularly travel to all contracted sites for clients as needed Management/Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and develop site Security Officers while supporting efficient, ethical, and customer-focused operations.
