Full-Stack Software Engineer

**Business Alliance HR** is recruiting a **Full-Stack Software Engineer** for a High-tech company working in the Biotechnology, computational biology, and applied AI Industry, located in Jordan. **Employment Type:** Permanent / Full-time (Remotely for Jordanian-based Candidates) **Job Summary:** The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based solutions that integrate AI applications with genomics and large-scale data systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, database management, and system integration, and be able to design and build enterprise-grade platforms. # **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. 2. Build and manage integrations between AI-driven platforms, genomics systems, and third-party services. 3. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React or Vue. 4. Design and implement secure, high-performance back-end services and APIs. 5. Manage and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases handling large volumes of data. 6. Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintainability. 7. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. 8. Contribute to the design and development of enterprise-grade platforms and scalable cloud-based solutions. ### Requirements 1. Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 2. Solid back-end development experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, including Python and/or Node.js. 3. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and system integrations. 4. Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, and/or vector databases. 5. Experience working with large datasets and data-intensive applications. 6. Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and modern development workflows. 7. Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization. 8. Able to design and build enterprise-grade platforms. 9. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 10. Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end features. ## **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI applications. 2. Exposure to genomics, biotechnology, healthcare, or scientific data platforms. 3. Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. **Years of experience:** 3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development. **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Location:** Remotely for Jordanian-based Candidates. **Languages Required:** English & Arabic.
