You will be working within an agency as part of its IT project team, which includes the Product/Project Manager, Solution Architect, and, where applicable, a Technical Services Consultant. Together, you will deliver ICT capabilities to support Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation. Experience & Skills Required: Experience : 3-7years Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack web applications using: Frontend : React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3 Backend : Java with Spring Boot , microservices, and RESTful APIs Work with SQL Server/Azure SQL Database for relational data, adapting to other databases (NoSQL, etc.) as project needs dictate. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and implement secure coding practices . Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions ( AWS Lambda, S3, Docker ) and containerized applications. Ensure code quality through automated testing (Selenium, Mocha, Karma) and peer reviews. Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX teams in Agile/SCRUM environments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
