We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our secured access engineering team at Cato Networks. In this role, you will design and build user-facing, product-grade web security solutions that protect our customers’ online presence, alongside internal infrastructure platforms built for our security products and used across the company. You will take a leading role in designing complex architectures and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions, working closely with a strong group of engineers to solve challenging product and infrastructure problems. Responsibilities: End to end development from the processing of large-scale data to web interfaces. Working closely with multiple stack holders - product management, research, data science, SOC & NOC services, and automation teams. Designing and Implementing enterprise platform solutions. Researching new technologies and adapting them for use within the company’s product. Collaborating with multiple development teams. Requirements: 6+ years of backend development. We’re using Java, Go, Spring boot, GQL, etc. Excellent knowledge of both relational and non-relational DBs. We’re using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and more. Experience in building and operating SaaS microservices with high scale and load in production. Experience testing services in continuous integration methodology. BSc. degree in Computer Science from a known university or similar. Motivated, a fast learner, independent, and great at problem-solving. Advantages: Familiarity with AWS technologies. Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing security products. Experience working on large monitoring and analytics projects.
