About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who embraces an AI-first development approach and leverages modern AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted development platforms to accelerate design, coding, testing, and problem-solving. You will work across the entire technology stack, building scalable backend services and intuitive user interfaces while taking ownership of features from concept to production. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly curious, and passionate about delivering exceptional products. Requirements Education B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Technical Skills 3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for software planning, design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Solid experience with React, Hooks, state management, and modern frontend ecosystems. Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems. Experience developing cloud-native SaaS applications. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices is an advantage. Experience with Azure Kubernetes is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and reverse-engineer complex systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
