Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Developer - GenAI based in Canada.** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Generative AI to design, develop, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions. This role requires strong engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to bridge business needs with innovative technology solutions. - Design and architect end-to-end AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions using modern cloud platforms. - Develop scalable full stack applications and AI-powered automation solutions from concept through implementation. - Lead technical teams by providing guidance, removing delivery roadblocks, and supporting successful project execution. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and translate needs into effective technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership in defining solution architectures, development approaches, and implementation strategies. - Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new AI/ML capabilities and accelerate innovation. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies, large language models, and industry trends to recommend adoption strategies. - Mentor developers and support engineering teams through best practices, architecture decisions, and technical guidance. - Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications. - Contribute to modern software development practices, including cloud-native development, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. - Support the continuous improvement of AI solutions through experimentation, optimization, and technology evaluation. ## **Requirements:** The ideal candidate is a technically strong software engineer with experience building AI-enabled solutions, leading technical initiatives, and working across cloud environments. You should have a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - 7+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership. - Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments. - Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and evolving AI frameworks. - Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. - Experience developing full stack applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, and related programming languages. - Experience working with cloud-based data stores, vector databases, embeddings, and AI data pipelines. - Knowledge of machine learning frameworks…
