Your responsibilities will include: - Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members throughout the shift - Oversee daily manual packaging operations and maintain an efficient production workflow - Assign work and balance workloads to maximize productivity - Monitor production progress and quickly resolve workflow issues or bottlenecks - Receive, verify, organize, and stage incoming work from production - Ensure jobs are processed accurately and completed according to customer specifications - Perform routine quality checks throughout production to verify packaging accuracy - Ensure proper card-to-carrier matching, inserts, labeling, and shipping methods - Verify shipping labels and carrier requirements, including FedEx, DHL, and other approved carriers - Prioritize work based on shipping deadlines, production schedules, and customer requirements - Monitor inventory of packaging materials and communicate supply needs - Document production status, quality concerns, and workflow updates - Partner with Quality Control, Production, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes - Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company security and quality standards **What We're Looking For** - High school diploma or GED required - **Bilingual in English and Spanish required** - Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, fulfillment, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience coaching, motivating, and supporting team members - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently while leading a team - Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Experience working in secure manufacturing, fulfillment, printing, mailing, or production environments is a plus.
