Receptionist Reports to: Campus President Position Summary: Supports the Director of Admissions and Admissions staff. Provides reception for customers on the phone and in person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Answers and routes all incoming phone calls · Tracks Admissions phone leads · Inputs new leads in CampusVue · Greets all visitors and callers and answer inquiries · Gathers and track documents required for student files · Assists Admission Representatives · Orders new employee background checks · Sorts incoming mail · Takes pictures to produce student and faculty/staff identification badges · Maintains confidentiality of all business records and information · Provides assistance to other managers as appropriate · Handles day-to-day care of current students · Other duties as assigned · Regular and reliable attendance Skills/Competencies/Qualifications: · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications · High school diploma · Prior office and receptionist experience · Possesses an upbeat, professional personality and is a team player · Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and represent the company in a professional manner with all customers, personnel, vendors and students Classification: Non-exempt Work Hours: May vary daily, and evening and weekend hours may be required Travel: None
