This role builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and leadership while contributing to safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance. Qualifications • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) • Licensure: Current Virginia RN license • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred • Skills: o Strong verbal and written communication o Positive attitude and willingness to learn o Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Leadership and collaboration with center and medical staff • Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and perioperative best practices What We Offer At USPI, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
