Be You.** # **Join our dynamic team at ModWash, where our mission is to deliver a legendary car wash experience while helping customers keep their vehicles clean all year-round!** **Responsibilities:** Guest Experience Members ensure that each guest has outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards. They are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You will work as a team to ensure each guest has outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand. **Qualifications:** - A sense of urgency. - A passion for serving others. - Awesome guest service skills. - Deliver mind blowing guest services. - Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships. - Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel. - Actively engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. - Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable. - Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends. - Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team **Physical Job Requirements:** - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) - Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift. - Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties. - Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to twenty-five pounds. - Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment. - Respond quickly to sounds. - Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces. - See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
