Platform & Product Engineering — LumiMeds Location: Remote Seniority: Frontend Engineer (Mid-Level / Individual Contributor) Role Overview LumiMeds is building the next generation of virtual healthcare infrastructure, and we're looking for an AI-First Frontend Engineer who enjoys creating beautiful, fast, and reliable user experiences using modern frontend technologies. You'll work across our consumer storefronts and internal clinical platform, translating product designs into polished interfaces while leveraging AI development tools to increase productivity and code quality. This role is ideal for someone with solid frontend fundamentals who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, backend engineers, and senior frontend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, and pixel-accurate components. Deliver production-ready features with strong attention to quality and usability. AI-Augmented Development Use AI tools such as Cursor , GitHub Copilot , or similar to accelerate development. Leverage LLMs to generate boilerplate, improve code quality, write tests, and speed up iteration. Continuously improve your AI-assisted engineering workflow. UI & Performance Build fast, responsive interfaces optimized for Core Web Vitals. Improve page performance, bundle size, and loading experience. Ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices. State & Data Management Build maintainable client-side state using modern React patterns. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time services. Create reliable user experiences for complex forms and asynchronous workflows.
