This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys helping patients, and is flexible enough to provide front office support across multiple clinic locations. **Position Summary:** As a Front Office Floater, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients while ensuring our front office operations run smoothly. Duties would include: ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing patient intake, and coordinating scheduling. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to different office locations and teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service. - Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately. - Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. - Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. - Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding patient balances. - Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. - Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information. - Scan and upload medical records and other documentation into the electronic medical record (EMR). - Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. - Assist with referrals and other front office administrative duties. - Float between multiple office locations as needed to provide coverage. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of **1 year of medical front office experience** required. - Experience in a specialty medical practice preferred (pain management experience is a plus). - Knowledge of insurance verification, referrals, and medical terminology. - Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations. - Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. **Benefits:**  Competitive salary based on experience.  Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Paid time off and holidays.  Retirement plan options.  Professional development and training opportunities.
