Front of House Expo

At Roost, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Front of House Expo, you'll serve as the connection between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and delivered with speed and precision. You'll coordinate with the Back of House and Food Runners to keep service flowing efficiently while maintaining Roost's high standards for food quality and guest satisfaction. We're looking for dependable, organized Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. ### Responsibilities - Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room. - Verify that every order is accurate, complete, and meets Roost's quality standards before it leaves the kitchen. - Organize tickets and prioritize orders to ensure timely service. - Communicate clearly with the kitchen, Food Runners, and Front of House Team Members throughout each shift. - Ensure all garnishes, sauces, and accompaniments are included with every order. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo station. - Monitor ticket times and help maintain an efficient pace of service. - Assist in resolving order discrepancies quickly and accurately. - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. - Support fellow Team Members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. - Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. - Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. - Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. - Competitive pay - Paid training - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Team Member meal discounts - A positive, team-oriented work environment
