They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end. - Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register. - Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales - Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round. - Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. - Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis - A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. - Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
