Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company. ## Description Youth Tennis San Diego seeks motivated front desk personnel with retail experience to join our Barnes Tennis Center team. ## Requirements Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls - Restock Pro Shop and receive new inventory - Demonstrate excellent customer service - Cashiering through our current system - Enforce company policies - Present yourself in a positive and professional manner at all times Position Requirements and Skills: - Comfortable interacting with parents and children - Sit down for extended periods of time - Ability to lift at least 20lbs - Ability to handle stressful situations - Ability to multitask and be adaptable - Work well in a team environment - Must be punctual and responsible - Pro Shop and tennis/pickleball knowledge preferred - Must have weekend and evening availability - Live Scan fingerprinting background check and SafePlay Certification required. If selected, employment is contingent upon the results. - GED/High School diploma required. Salary & Benefits: - Compensation is based on ability and experience.
