As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If you’re a “people person” with a passion for water safety, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Welcome guests and prospective members - Provide tours for prospective members - Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email - Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area - Accurately record client information and accept payments - Schedule classes and appointments - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence **Qualifications:** - Friendly and professional disposition - sales, customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong work ethic - Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software - Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour # 💧 **Who We Are** Bulldog Swim Academy is a warm, welcoming, and high-energy swim school focused on teaching water safety, confidence, and movement literacy to children and adults.
