From 24-hour front desk coverage and personalized concierge services to housekeeping and grounds maintenance crews, our singular goal is to give every guest an unforgettable vacation. **JOB SUMMARY:** Focal point of communication for guests of the Lodge once they arrive, providing smooth professional check-in and the highest quality of customer service. **Experience/Knowledge** - Prior resort hotel Front Desk experience is preferred and/or equivalent guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment of a similar size is required. - Prior experience working with hotel guest registration systems is a plus, but not required. - Must have skills and experience to use the internet to search for work related purposes.
