**FULL-TIME FRONT DESK AGENT HOMEWOOD SUITES BROOKLINE, MA** Location: 111 Boylston Street Salary Range: $21/hr. - $23/hr. Shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm Weekdays & Weekend availability Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General Manager Have you thought about a career in the Hospitality Industry? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites/Brookline**.** This is your chance to start your career with a growing company that values your passion and dedication. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** This role is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all guests by handling their requests, concerns and needs and we would love to add you to our team! Shift will require days, nights and weekend availability. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Always exhibit courteous hospitality to guests and associates. - Be proactive in offering additional services and informing guests of hotel facilities and local attractions. - Administer hotel guest payment policies. - Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers & management. - Post all charges including valet and other miscellaneous charges to guest account. - Maintain hotel key security system. - Oversee safe deposit boxes for guests. - Verify credit cards and balance bank at the end of the shift. - Run and verify availability report at the beginning of the shift.
