Key duties include loading and unloading freight, managing proper inventory placement and retrieval, pushing and riding motorcycles, labeling shipments, packing and unpacking shipments and ensuring compliance with safety and reporting procedures, occasionally delivering material and motorcycles using a 24-foot straight truck or a pick-up truck and trailer. **Core Responsibilities & Duties:** - Process all aspects of materials using warehouse inventory software - Organize dock space for incoming shipments - Label and ship orders according to established procedures for each customer - Accurately pick and package all shipments - Ensure loads are secure - Inspect freight and follow appropriate reporting procedures - Verify all inbound and outbound materials - Arrange and maintain filing and recording systems - Safely load and unload trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks/pallet jacks and forklifts - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Other duties as assigned **Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Minimum of 2 years' experience of general warehouse knowledge - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Computer skills, including Microsoft Office products utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. - Warehouse SAP Database Experience is a plus - Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds - Must be able to push a motorcycle - Forklift experience - Experience and willingness to drive a 24ft straight truck - Experience and willingness to drive motorcycles - Motorcycle license preferred but can obtain on the job - Ability to work under minimal supervision - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers **What We Offer:** - Competitive base salary - Paid time off within the first year of employment, sick time and holidays - Company provided life insurance - Health, vision, and dental insurance options - Commuter benefit plan - Optional supplemental life insurance - 401(k) - Wellness program - A great place to work with a terrific culture
