This role manages the full technical lifecycle — from blue sky concept through AVCL systems design coordination, vendor and integrator management, installation oversight, commissioning, and handover — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and operationally ready on opening day. This is not a show-floor execution role, it is a project ownership role. The Technical Producer — AVCL & LBE sits between Salt’s creative vision and the engineers, integrators, and specialists who bring that vision to life. They protect the project’s technical integrity at every stage, direct specialists with credibility, and serve as a trusted technical partner to owner-operators and creative agencies alike. This role is deployed on projects at the intersection of technology and storytelling world-class theme park attractions, museum experiences, brand environments, and immersive installations where systems are permanent, complex, and mission-critical. **Job Responsibilities:** **Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management** - Serve as Salt's primary technical lead and project manager on all assigned AVCL and LBE engagements, owning the full lifecycle from concept through post-opening hypercare - Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, technical deliverables, and vendor coordination across Audio, Video, Control, and Lighting disciplines - Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks proactively across all project phases, surfacing issues early with clear resolution paths - Track costs, manage change orders, and report on financial performance and margin accountability throughout the project - Serve as Salt's trusted technical partner to clients from early ideation through sustaining engineering and future refresh planning **Systems Design & Technical Documentation** - Oversee AVCL systems design from concept through detailed design, coordinating with engineers and designers to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and creative intent - Review and manage AVCL documentation packages across all project phases — including AV drawing packages, wiring schematics, CAD/BIM drawings, equipment schedules, cable schedules, equipment elevations, and system architecture diagrams — for accuracy and completeness - Oversee development and review of Interface Control Documents (ICD), Reflected Ceiling Plans, signal flow diagrams, and networking/cyberse…
