We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to join our Registered Recruitment Partner Program and work on exciting hiring opportunities with competitive placement rewards. ## Key Responsibilities - Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks. - Screen candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial recruiter screening calls. - Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement. - Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal. - Maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Build long-term relationships with candidates and the Sadient recruitment team. ## ### Requirements - Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive hiring. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work independently. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and sourcing tools. ## ### Benefits ## - Commission per successful placement. - Opportunity to earn significant placement rewards. - Multiple active requirements across industries. - Flexible work schedule. - Work from anywhere. **Sourcing Partner Responsibilities** Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates.
